Playcare + Boarding Hours:
Monday-Friday 7am-6pm Saturday + Sunday 9am-5pm
Weekday Drop offs from 7am-10am   Weekday Pick ups from 4pm-6pm
Weekend Drop offs 9am-11am    Weekend Pickups from 3pm-5pm

*Afternoon drop offs and pick ups can be arranged individually as we are out on walks and at the dog park so we will need to coordinate a time.

*$10 per additional hour for after hours pick up

*Pickups after 9pm will have overnight rate of $99

Breakfast 7am-9am, Lunch 1pm (by request, after dog park) Dinner 4pm-6pm

Walks/Potty Breaks 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 8pm.

Dog Park/Extended Walks 11am-1pm

Extended Care 50%-100% of nightly rate

Emergency Extended Rate Additional $100 + extended care 50%-100% of nightly rate (flight delays, bad weather, traffic, etc.) 

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for playcare, a 7 day cancellation policy for boarding and 14 day cancellation policy for bookings longer than 2 weeks. We also offer discounts with our bundle package deals for both stays and additional dogs.

Once you have booked your dates please bring the following:

• Food in a resealable bag with your dog's name on it and feeding instructions.
• A leash, collar or harness.
• Any blankets or beds that they are attached to. It's not necessary as we have an open door policy meaning the pups are welcome to sleep on the floor, couch, or beds, wherever they are most comfortable.
• We have bowls, poop bags, toys and treats but if your furbaby has a specific diet, prefers a special toy or specific treat feel free to pack those too.
