Q: How long does it take to deliver my order?
Products shipped from our warehouse typically arrive in 3-15 days depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided via email or through the Shop app if you are registered with Shop.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship in the United States.
Q: Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?
Large orders may come in multiple shipments. You can also track your order and multiple parcels (if applicable) through the Shop app.

Q: Can I change my order?
Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible at email@example.com if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out swiftly so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made but it’s worth a try.
Please note: that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
